The recipe for this cake I took on the culinary website the cook Natasha . Natasha, thanks for the recipe! Fruit pie in which the filling turns out juicy and delicious dough. On the second day the cake becomes a bit tastier.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Berry

    700 g

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Pistachios

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 cup

Grind sugar with margarine , add yolks, cheese , zest. Stir and gradually add flour. Knead the dough.

In the form put the dough and form ledges. Put the berries, sprinkle with sugar a little and starch. Put in the oven to bake for 35 minutes - 40 at temp. 180 gr.

Pistachios grind. Meringue. -------------- Beat the whites with the sugar until a stable state, add a little chopped pistachios and mix gently.

Gently spread meringue over pie, top with a little sprinkle with pistachios and bake for another 15 minutes reduce the heat in the oven.

The meringue should be slightly set on top to light brown color, not propcase to the end.
