Cake
After this cake you will have to wear. Yummy!!! Melts in your mouth!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    9 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • White chocolate

    400 g

  • Chocolate milk

    300 g

  • Cream

    600 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

Prepare the batter: whisk in a magnificent mass proteins, one at a time add the egg yolks, the sugar and on low speed of mixer add the flour, baking powder, cocoa.

Ready cake cut into 3 parts.

Heat the white chocolate with 50 g of cream. Whisk 500 g of cream in a lush foam and gently mix with a spoon (!) melted white chocolate with cream whipped.

Put the cake together! In the form in which it was baked, put criss-cross tape (I do not know how in Russian it is called).

Heat milk, add honey.

Now put the first cake layer, moisten top with milk. Then half of the cream, then again - the cake, milk and cream, past the cake and then milk. Milk should be enough for 3 layers! And the cream on the cake 2.

All wrap and overnight in fridge. The next day, unfold, lay the cake on a plate.

Melted dark chocolate with the remaining 50 g of cream.

Poured the cake top with chocolate and put in refrigerator until set (about 30 minutes) and you can eat.
