Easy spring dish of eggplant and zucchini in a spicy batter with a creamy ginger-mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    200 g

  • Mustard

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Spices
