Stuffed zucchini

  • Ginger

Squash or zucchini cut into several pieces, about 5-6 inches. Gently with a teaspoon to remove the pulp, but leaving the bottom of the bowl.

Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a grater.

Bulgarian pepper clear from the stalk, seeds and veins, cut into small dice.

Pepper, carrot and onion fry lightly in vegetable oil.

Mushrooms chop and fry in a separate pan until Golden brown.

Shrimp peel from the head and shell, cut into small pieces. Garlic and ginger RUB on a small grater, or very finely chopped.

In a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil lightly fry the ginger and garlic, then add shrimp, season with salt and pepper. As soon as the shrimp turned pink, remove from heat.

To combine sauteed vegetables, mushrooms and prawns together, add barley bulgur (if not found, try other grains, such as rice or wheat) pour the water or vegetable broth, literally, that is all covering. Salt. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, if necessary add a little bit of water.

Here is this rump. It's a grain of wheat, the taste is reminiscent of rice or maybe millet, but no, probably barley... actually a mix of everything and very tasty!!!
