  • Onion

  • Cherry

    15 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Wild rice, boil until tender in salted water.

Arugula is washed.

Cheese cut into small pieces.

Onion cut into half rings, fry lightly.

Cherries cut in half as desired. In a Cup mix the vinegar, oil and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine rice, arugula, cheese, cherries, and onions. Salad to fill with sauce.
