started crazy fiction.. here is the name of the cake was :) although the cake is very delicious, just reading books with a bit of sugar in this pie flew by and very nice.. so I suggest to You to try to unravel what made the crust and filling, my immediate surroundings are unable to guess :) open the veil of mystery: the cake fresh carrots.. oats and wheat flour, lemon zest, cinnamon and nutmeg... combined with juicy Apple, pear and peach.. with a nice cream filling.. for small and big lovers of sweets

  • Sugar

    6 cup

  • Lemon peel

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Oat flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Nuts

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 piece

  • Starch

    0.333 cup

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Peach

    1 piece

Cooking

mix with a fork the sugar, eggs, yoghurt and oil until smooth

some carrots and lemon zest grate on smallest grater

add carrots and zest to the liquid mixture, add flour gradually and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps

at the end add to the dough baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla, mix well (you can use a mixer on low speed)
