Description

Vanilla sauce simple
A great addition to fruit pies and desserts; gravy to pancakes and sweet casseroles.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Potato starch

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    100 ml

Cooking

Whisk together egg, sugar, a little milk and starch in a saucepan.

Add the remaining milk. Cook until thick on low heat, while continuously working with a whisk. Then remove from heat and cool, from time to time whisking.

Add the vanilla sugar.

The sauce will be particularly delicious if just before serving add the whipped cream and again vzbit.
