Cherry pie
I have a small book with baking recipes... so that's where I stumbled upon a simple but very nice cake. If you, as I still have gold reserves of frozen cherry - offer a tasty to use it, but when the season will start this wonderful berries I really hope that recipe will come in handy!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Start with the dough - the butter with the sugar

Add the egg yolks, grated on a fine grater chocolate, flour, vanilla and salt, mix thoroughly (I used a blender)

Whisk the whites to a froth (to speed up the process I usually throw the whites a pinch of salt and drop of lemon juice)

Proteins put in our dough and gently stir with a spatula

The form for baking need to grease and flour them. Shift and even out the pastry

And now came the turn of cherries! Our spread cherries on the dough and press them slightly with a finger

Sprinkle top with sugar and crushed peanut. Put into the oven 180 degrees for 50 minutes

The finished cake sprinkle sugar powder, and I sprinkled frozen berries.
