Appetizer of eggplant with beef heart
In the season of eggplant very often cook this dish. Decided to offer to your attention this spicy snack.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

  • Vegetable oil

Cut the eggplant like French fries. I usually do it on a grater. Cut bell pepper and chili pepper. Salt, crush and allow to stand for an hour or two.
