Cooking
Boil egg, separate white from the yolk. Yolk, leave for decoration, and the protein cut into small cubes. With canned squid merge the liquid, and the squid cut into small cubes.
Cheese (I - Parmesan) RUB on a small grater.
Mixed into chopped protein, squid and roughly 2/3 of the grated cheese. Can be mayonnaise, but I prefer a lighter option. Mix sour cream and mustard, a little salt is added. A little sauce need to leave for decoration.
Gently expand crab sticks. Have to say, crab sticks "A sea" I was pleasantly surprised - and turned just perfect.
Put the flattened crab stick inner side up. Spread on her 2 tsp of the stuffing until about the middle (from the white part) and turn rolls.

Put the rolls on a plate, grease with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese and grated on a fine grater yolk.
