Plum cake with flavor
Tender, moist cake with pieces of plum.

Ingredients

  • Drain

    9 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cappuccino

    1 pack

  • Liqueur

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    130 g

  • Milk

    75 g

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

Plum to separate from the bones and cut into arbitrary small pieces, pour sugar and leave.

Eggs, sugar, cappuccino, milk, vegetable oil. Beat until fluffy foam.

In another bowl mix the flour sifted three times with baking powder and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture into the liquid, knead the dough. Pour the liqueur and stir.

Form for baking grease with butter or margarine, pour a little dough and put slices of plum.

Repeat layers 2 times.

Bake at a temperature 180-200g about 1-1. 5 hours (depending on oven). Readiness check wooden skewer.

The cupcake after baking, allow to cool, flip onto a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
