May I offer you a pie stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms on a potato shortcrust pastry. Delicious, aromatic, very satisfying. A couple of slices of this pie will easily replace a full lunch or dinner. With a mug of cold milk or a Cup of sweet tea... Come on in, help yourself.

Cooking
Filling. It is very convenient to prepare the filling for the pie in advance. Then the cakes will take quite some time. Cabbage cut into thin strips, put in a sleeve for baking, add butter (I use butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%), a tablespoon vegetable oil, paprika and salt.
Tie the sleeve on both sides and shake it. So Kale is evenly mixed with spices and butter. To make several punctures in the sleeve and put it in a baking dish. Put in a preheated 190°C oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Mushrooms carefully with a damp cloth and cut into strips. Fry in vegetable oil (2 tbsp) for 5-7 minutes.

Put the cabbage to mushrooms, stir and try for salt. The stuffing cool completely.
Dough. Boiled potatoes to grate (or mash into a puree). Potatoes must be COLD!!! Therefore it is to boil in advance.
Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Grind into crumbs with cold butter (using a mixer or food processor or just by hand) I use butter TM "Ekomilk" to 82.5%.
The flour and butter add the egg and mashed potatoes. Knead the dough.
The dough should be soft, flexible and very gentle. If it will be very sticky, you can pour a little flour, but the "score" the dough with flour is not necessary.
For filling, mix cream and egg in a separate bowl, season with savory and a little salt. Beat with a whisk. Set aside the Cup aside.
Divide the dough into two parts, 1/5 and 4/5. Less will go to the decoration of the cake, large will be the basis. In the form (diameter 20 cm) to shell out a large half of the dough, evenly distribute it and make a fairly high sides on the edge of the form.
In the form with the dough evenly spread the completely cooled filling.
The top and evenly pour the egg - cream mixture.
Of the smaller parts of the dough to cut out leaves, flowers or any other figures, jewelry. Lay them on top of the pie.
Bake pie in preheated to 180°C oven for 45 minutes, until it will turn brown (always focus on features of their equipment!)
The finished cake to put on the grill, cool slightly. It is delicious and warm and fully cooled. You're done!
