Apple-apricot marmalade

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    300 ml

  • Apricot

    200 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Coconut shavings

Wash the apples, cut into slices and remove the core.

Squeeze apples to make juice, using a juicer. All you should get 300 ml of fresh juice.

Apricots wash and clean from the bones.

Fold the apricots into a saucepan and pour Apple juice. Add water and bring to boil. Simmer on slow heat for 5 minutes.

Contents of the pan pour into a blender, add all the sugar and beat well. Strain through a sieve, pour everything into a saucepan and gradually pour the fast-dissolving gelatin, continuing to actively stir until dissolved gelatin.

Prepared fruit - gelatin mixture and pour into the form. Remove and cool in refrigerator to harden for at least an hour.

Then the marmalade is ready to pull from the mold and cut into cubes or diamonds.
