Cooking
First prepare the biscuit. It can be of different shapes as will go into the stuffing and be crushed. I baked a cake so: 2 eggs whipped with 0.5 cups of sugar until white foam and zoom in 3 times. Added 0.5 cups of flour and gently mix. The form greased with vegetable oil, put the dough and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Then I prepared the dough: 70 g cold margarine rubbed on a grater, added 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of dry pudding, triturated with a fork into crumbs. Then added 200 g of wheat flour and the fingers ground into crumbs. Then added the egg yolk and 3-4 tablespoons of milk. Gather the dough into a ball, the package and for 30 min in the cold.
Into molds in the form of pots to put the cake dough, with your fingers to stretch along the bottom and sides of the molds, as thin as possible and put in the cold for 30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from the tins and allow to cool.
Cream I needed for 250 ml of milk. For the cream: mix 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1.5 tablespoons of flour, pour warm milk, stir to avoid lumps. Cook over slow fire until thick. Then, in the hot cream add 3 slices of dark chocolate, mix well until chocolate is completely dissolved. Allow to cool.
Into cream break the sponge cake.
For flowers in: 2 eggs and 0.5 cups of sugar beat with a fork and add 0.5 cups of flour, mix well.
Silicone molds in the shape of flowers to grease with vegetable oil and pour 1 tablespoon of dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
And then it's simple. Sand the pot to spread the filling slide, sprinkle crushed chocolate cookies or grated dark chocolate. Put the flower.
