Tomatoes Milanese
Tasty tomatoes for the appetizer, good as in a cold and voracek form!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Ham

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    80 g

  • Bechamel

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

Beef roast, finely chop. I roasted thinly repulsed veal.

Ham also finely chop.

We add ham and beef to pan. Add the raw egg and sauce Bechamel I'm prepared for the most common recipe-butter, flour, cream. All salt, pepper and mix well until smooth.
