Pancake-cake with meat sauce
Fragrant wheat-buckwheat pancakes with juicy meat filling with taste of cheese and creamy Bechamel sauce is so delicious and satisfying! This cake and the guests to shame! Try?

  • Water, carbonated

    125 ml

Cooking

Sifted flour pour into a bowl, add salt, sugar, yeast and stir.

Pour into flour mix the warm milk, stir, pour the yolks, mineral water, 3 tbsp vegetable oil and stir. Remove in the heat for 1 hour.

While the dough, prepare a filling. Onions cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil.

In a pan, put butter, melt, add flour and fry. Pour the warm milk, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.

Add salt and pepper to taste, add cheese and stir.

To the meat add the fried onions, pour the sauce, stir and adjust to taste - the stuffing is ready.

Beat the whites and gently add to the batter, remove for 30 minutes in a warm place.

The dough is ready. I used a pan with a diameter of 18 cm.
