Description

Roulade of savoury biscuit
The delicate sponge roll with flavorful stuffing. Perfect for Breakfast with a Cup of tea or coffee, and will decorate the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • The processed cheese

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    6 sprig

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Salmon

    60 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks, add turmeric.

Beat the whites with the salt in a solid foam.

Add to the yolks soy sauce, mix well.

Alternating, add the beaten egg whites (1 tbsp)

Then the same sifted flour with baking powder.

Baking tray lay a parchment, grease with 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Pour the batter and flatten it. Top as desired and garnish with greens. Bake at 200 degrees for 5-6 minutes.

The hot roll pass on a clean towel, parchment up.

Carefully remove the paper and roll it on the short side with the towel. Cool.

Green onions cut into rings, salt and fry in 1 tbsp oil for exactly 1 minute.

Eggs, finely chopped, add fried onions, salt and pepper.

At the end add the fish, cut into small cubes, herbs and stir.

The cooled roll to expand, to liberally lubricate melted cheese.

Put the stuffing, flatten it and roll roll on the short side.

Prepared roll wrap in plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight. Bon appetit!
