A traditional Easter dish, and not only.
Ingredients

Cooking
A piece of bacon with the skin, wash and dry
Lard, garlic, Bay leaf, RUB with coarse salt
Coat the meat with marinade
Cover with cling film (or other method) and send in the fridge overnight (minimum 4 hours)
Peel the vegetables and to put down on a baking sheet
Cover with foil, but not tightly
Put in a preheated 230 degrees. the oven, for the first 25-30 minutes, then reduce to 190-180 hail, and bake an hour and a half (depending on the value of a piece of meat)
Foil open and bake to desired color
