Chicken hearts in the original sauce
Simple, hearty and very tasty dish. Chicken hearts with vegetables in a cream sauce with a twist. Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Horseradish

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken hearts, rinse, peel, boil until tender in a small amount of water. Remove from broth, strain the broth.

Onions, carrots and cucumbers cut into small cubes about the same size.

Heat the oil in a pan. Put the carrots and onions and on medium heat fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the cucumbers, pour 100 ml of broth (in which the cooked hearts), stir, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes.

To make the sauce. In sour cream (yogurt or yogurt) add the chopped garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and "flavor" of our sauce - two tablespoons of table fucking. Mix well.

For vegetables put chicken hearts, pour the remaining broth (200 ml), add the sauce, mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish for another 15-20 minutes.
