Salad
Not found on the website of this option. We have this salad in high esteem, and I suggest You to try out. Due to the large content of cabbage, I believe he is more gentle to ladies ' waist during the holidays :) it's quick and easy.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 plug

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Crab sticks

    300 g

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Mayonnaise

    350 ml

  • Salt

  • Parsley

  • Figure

Put to boil eggs in advance. With a big head of cabbage I removed the top leaves, because the middle gentle.

In a food processor to quickly chop the cabbage in a saucepan. Do not add salt - otherwise let the juice out.

Crab sticks cut into cubes and poured in the eggs. Granulate is not necessary.

Top canned corn. Further, if desired, you can add boiled rice and a little bit of onion, scalded with boiling water. Rice, you can substitute part of the cabbage, if You don't like cabbage like we do :) Rice is better to take one that is stays in shape, otherwise it will be quite a mess.

Mayonnaise to taste. I have this olive mayonnaise, about 350 ml (turned out a bit runny), then added the corn and lacked the norms of crab sticks. Hence the advice - do not get carried away with mayonnaise :) Stir with quick movements, the less you interfere, the better, not to make mashed potatoes :) leave in the fridge cooled much better (on the trail of a photo without cooling).

Put in portioned bowls and decorate with parsley sprigs. You can also sprinkle with chopped parsley and use 1 large bowl. For beauty, you can add a few pieces of crab sticks bright spots and corn.
