Brown bread wheat flour
Hello! Today I come to You again with my favorite bread recipe: bread made from wheat flour, and instead of water added to the filtered black tea. The bread turns out with a thin, soft crust and dark crumb, like bread are rye flour. The bread is very fragrant, tender and tasty. Everyone is invited to come and visit.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    680 g

  • Black tea

    350 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry milk

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Egg whisk, add cooled tea and stir.
