Potatoes with vegetables and Krakow sausage
Pre trouble so tedious! All we need to do, to think about everything, the reach garnish, so much so that nothing has time to cool down. Take note this dish can be prepared in advance, and then just put in the oven and serve in the same form in which it was baked. Beautiful and delicious side dish (or main dish) will surely enjoy success with your guests.

Ingredients

  • Sausage

  • Pepper

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Thyme

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

A set of products. For this recipe I used smoked sausage "Krakovskaya traditional" TM Cherkizovo, smoked taste and flavor which would be welcome in this dish. The mushrooms I have are white, but can be any. From the red and yellow peppers I cut in half to color the dish was brighter and more colorful.

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices. The thinner the cut, the faster to cook the dish.

Mushrooms cut in half, if large - into four parts.

Krakow sausage cut into slices.

Put all the ingredients in a deep ceramic form (22-24 cm diameter), drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add thyme. Mix.

Mix the breadcrumbs and grated cheese, half set aside, the remaining part with vegetables.

Bake at 200C for 20 minutes, then carefully remove from the oven

Toss again, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the remaining cheese with the breadcrumbs. Again put bake and 20 minutes later stir again. Try the potatoes. If still damp, put in the oven and cook for another 10 minutes. My dish was cooked one hour, stirred 3 times. But my oven is very delicate, so cooking time and temperature under customize your oven.
