Potato scones
Fragrant, with herbs de Provence flatbread is perfect for a meatless meal. Tasty, easy, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the potatoes in their skins.

Smash it.

Salt, add the starch and stir.

Add flour.

Provencal herbs and oil 1 tbs.

Grease the palm with oil and make this ball soft and supple.

Divide into 4 balls.

Take shape. Of the balls formed pellet. I did just hands, no rolling pin. Put in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at t-180 S.

Take out, grease the top with butter and a little again in the oven to brown for 5 minutes.
