Barley quick
Delicious, hearty dish. By soaking the barley to prepare twice as fast and is much tastier.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    7 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Minced Turkey

Barley washed and soaked overnight in cold water. Drain the barley, rinse, cover with fresh water in the ratio 1:2 and cook until the water is completely absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.

Minced meat fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Mushrooms cut into four pieces.

Onion coarsely chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater, crush the garlic.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms Golden brown, then throw the onions and fry, stirring for 2-3 minutes and throw carrots. Fry everything for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then throw the garlic, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.

In a frying pan for roasting to lay out the barley, stir and cook for a few minutes. Turn off and allow to stand, covered for 5 minutes. In not a lean serving, add the ground beef and stir.
