Cooking
Grind the egg yolks with the icing sugar
Add the soft butter and salt
Knead the dough and store it in the fridge
Meanwhile, peel the apples peel and cut into thin slices

And gently cover with the second layer of dough. Bake for another 30 minutes (until Browning the top crust). Cool. Cut into portions. Decorate as desired. I decorated with chocolate and almond. You can just sprinkle with powdered sugar.
