We have grown this year daikon. Especially loved the Pope: and in Korean, mayonnaise, and sour cream, and just vegetable oil. Once again I wanted to diversify the list. It turned out easy spicy salad, and the idea inspired me Pachita salad "bishops"-2. For what it separate thanks. Daikon peeled and three on a coarse grater.
Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater, the resulting liquid is drained. I must say that we pickle cucumbers with a small amount of vinegar, so they are quite sour. Try to change the proportion, if your marinade contains a lot of acid.
Whisk egg with cucumber pickles. Cut onion into small cubes. In a frying pan with oil and heat over Zira. Fry the onions in the same. Pour all the egg mixture. Mix everything together and cook until evaporation of all the liquid.
Daikon, cucumbers and egg mixture, combine, add sour cream, stir. On top sprinkle with chopped green onion. You can eat. Part of the salad lived up to the dinner and was even tastier promarinovalos in its own juice.
