Snack
Stuffed with roasted spring vegetables peppers. For the contest "Vegetable traffic light".

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Take the peppers and divide them across in half.

The bottom halves drop it into boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Take out on a plate.

Finely chop the onion, grate on a grater carrots.

Fry the onion, then add carrots, then chopped the top of the peppers. All the vegetables are well fried, add salt to taste.

Fill the peppers roasted vegetables.
