Aromatic pear cake for the yolks
Lush, spicy yolk batter complements the subtle flavor of pears. This tandem will not leave anyone indifferent. I made this cupcake recipe from my virtual friend Lesya.

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla

    10 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Starch

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

  • Cardamom

    5 piece

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Pear

    3 piece

Sift the flour with starch and baking powder. Grind spices in a mortar. From pears gently cut serdtsevinka, leaving a tail.

Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla for 5-6 minutes. Add water and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Add to the batter sifted flour with starch and baking powder. Add spices (I ground them in a mortar). Mix well. The dough is obtained as thick cream.

Form (10х30 cm) lay a parchment. So the parchment tightly lay to moisten the mold with water. Pour the batter into the form. A teaspoon to fill the cavity in pears dough and then tightly "put" into the dough forms.

Bake cupcake in preheated oven at 180*C for 35-40 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and make the GLAZE by mixing all the ingredients.

The cooled cake pour the glaze. The tail of a pear to attach a leaf of mint. Serve the muffins portions, cutting the pear in half. Recommended with vanilla ice cream. But for me personally with a Cup of coffee ochchchen like.
