Cooking
Zucchini peel and seeds, cut into small cubes, carrots cut into slices.
Carrots lightly fried in vegetable oil, add the pieces of zucchini, garlic through the press, add salt, cover and simmer over low heat until soft.
Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice MIX TM "Mistral", as indicated on the package.
Steamed vegetables add the rice and stir.

Next, knead the dough. For this softened butter, mix with a pinch of salt, egg and sour cream, add flour and baking powder. The dough put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
The baking pan size 25х20 cm to grease with vegetable oil, roll out the dough to a size of the form, making high sides.
Then evenly spread the filling.
Put the meatballs, pressing slightly into the vegetables.
Prepare the sauce: for this you need the sour cream mix with eggs, salt. Note: if eggs are large, then the fill will be enough for two.
Fill the pie and bake at 180 -200 degrees for 20 -25 minutes.
