Early Sunday morning, a ray of sunshine touched the pillow and, while playing, froze on her face, tickling and waking up from summer slumber... Favorite family snuffle, only a General furry pet, reaching and, isaw muffled purr, yawn, marched behind me in the kitchen... I Want something easy... summer.. berries, to please the household with a morning tea in the day... Take eggs, sugar, berries, cream and some butter... I First tried this dessert in Slovenia, it was the blueberries so I decided to opt this time for her. All are invited to a Cup of tea, thank you, because this week were going through my recipes, I hope that some of them pleasantly diversify Your menu.

All that is necessary.
To the berries add sugar to taste, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Egg yolks are carefully separated from the proteins. Whisk the whites until fluffy foam, adding a pinch of salt,
add vanilla and regular sugar
at the end of the whipping add the egg yolks.
In a pan should melt the butter,
spread whipped mass, reduce the heat, cover with a lid. Fry until the bottom layer is not well browned,
turn the omelette and fry the other side until it is ready.
While fried omelette, prepare the cream. Whisk the cream in a magnificent mass, combine with the berries. A bit of cream leave for decoration, they add the powdered sugar, to taste.
Grease the crumpet berry butter cream,
turn in half and decorate with cream.
Brew tea and call favorite family to the table.
