Cooking
Beat butter and sugar until education creamy mass.
Add 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 70 g. mascarpone cheese. Mix well.
Silicone form fill with dough, put in the middle of fresh strawberries.
Complete all forms and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
While the biscuits are baked, prepare the sauce: mix the mascarpone and brown sugar.
Add finely chopped fresh strawberries.
The hazelnuts and finely chop.
Combine all together and beat into a soft mousse to a smooth cream.
Get ready biscuits and let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
On the plate put biscuits, gravy and decorate with all the fresh strawberries.
You get a crunchy biscuit with warm strawberries inside.
