The recipe is my mom, she calls it "Lobio". Tangy-sweet taste. Suited to chicken dishes.

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

    0.5 l

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Beans

Onions finely cut, carrots on a large grater. Vegetables fry in a small amount of vegetable oil until Golden brown.

To the vegetables add the tomato paste, salt, pepper, sugar, spices to taste.

Get beans from the jar and wash. Put beans in tomato sauce and boil until almost all the moisture to evaporate.

Dill, parsley and onions finely chop.

In a salad bowl put the beans in tomato sauce and herbs. Stir. Allow to infuse for half an hour.
