Cooking
1. Beets grate on a grater for Korean carrot or cut into strips.
2. In a pan heat the oil and fry the crushed garlic with a knife and coriander. The garlic and remove and add to pan with beets. Fry 5 minutes on strong fire. Then add sliced onion half rings and fry another couple of minutes.
3. Pour in the vinegar, season with salt and pepper, add 50 ml of water and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Boil the rice until soft, add to the pan, pour 100 ml of water and simmer until the rice is tender.
4. Serve sprinkled with the pine nuts. Bon appetit!
