Roast Turkey in pot
This recipe is simple roast Turkey, nothing complicated, but tasty and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Broth

    200 ml

In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, mustard, grated ginger, juice of one lemon, plenty of pepper and salt.

Stir until smooth.

To drop this mixture into the Turkey breast, cut into small pieces (approximately 3 by 3 cm), leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

While the Turkey is marinating, cut in large cubes potatoes, small - peppers, carrots - cubes.

Fry the pieces of Turkey in the vegetable oil in a well heated pan on all sides.

On the bottom portion of the pots for baking, spread the vegetables.

Vegetables - chunks of roasted Turkey, remaining vegetables, sprinkle with herbs. Into each pot add the broth, 200 ml divide by 4 pot. Simmer in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200*C.
