Cottage cheese pie with pineapple and coconut caramel
Delicious, tender cake with a crunchy caramel.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Starch

    50 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Pineapple

    250 g

  • Coconut shavings

    90 g

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Beat butter (50g) at room temperature with sugar in a magnificent mass,
