Cooking
The recipe should get a cookie. But whether the author made a mess of something, whether I did not... In the recipe it was stated 2-3 cups of flour. Start kneading, but it turned out viscous porridge. And this "dough" still had to roll out... So I drink more flour, a little changed the process and made their amendments. That turned gingerbread. Maybe not quite gingerbread, but it seems very tasty!!! Now, mix semolina and yogurt (yogurt). Allow to stand 4-5 hours at room temperature.
Whipping, enter the semolina.
Then, the softened margarine. Continue whisking.
Needs will have such a mild flavor weight.
Add flour and soda, knead the dough (it is sticky). Put in a couple of hours in the fridge.
Then detaches from the third part of the test. Roll the balls with a larger size of a walnut. Inside each ball roll mint jelly.
Spread on a baking sheet at a distance of 3 cm (they are in the process will melt a bit). Protiven grease with a little oil. Bake at a temperature of 200* - 15-20 minutes.
Dough comes out very much, the cakes came out 50 pieces. Turn out soft, delicious gingerbread with mint flavor! Enjoy your tea!!!
