Loved the little peppers, past which failed to pass. And decided to cook them whole...

Ingredients

  • Pepper

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sesame

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

Peppers and sear on all sides in hot vegetable oil. To fry whole, without removing the stalk!

Add chopped garlic and stir fry the garlic along with the peppers.

Put the peppers in a container in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with sesame seeds, drizzle with vinegar. Let stand at room temperature for a couple of hours. Periodically stir.
