Salad of red cabbage
I think, for anybody not a secret that red cabbage not only tastes good, but also has a high content of vitamins and nutrients. Offer a simple, but very "vitamin" salad.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage, red,

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Nuts

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Shred cabbage, to prisolit, pour a few tablespoons of lemon juice, mash well and leave for 15 minutes.

Apples cleaned from stalks and chop sticks.

Add the cabbage, apples, chopped walnuts.

Sprinkle with any seasonings. Well with this cabbage goes well paprika. I added it, sprinkle black pepper and added a Turkish spice sumak salad (I don't even know how to explain what it is:)). Pour the olive oil and stir.

Turns out the light vitamin salad. Bon appetit!
