Delicious marinated green beans with walnuts. This is one of my favorite ways of preparing green beans. Spicy lovers will love it!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The green beans cleaned of stems and lateral veins, cut into long slices and cook in boiling salted water (with vinegar). To drain the water.
