Pumpkin stew with cinnamon
Share with you amazingly delicious dish. I never liked pumpkin until, until I tried this recipe. Try this great goulash, my opinion has changed dramatically. Cinnamon gives this dish incredible flavor. Try.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 kg

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Allspice

    15 piece

  • Bay leaf

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

Onions finely cut into cubes. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes 2x2 cm and fry in olive oil until Golden brown.

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin.

Grind tomatoes in a blender.

Carefully transfer the potatoes and onions to the skillet. Add the pumpkin, chopped into pieces the size of 3x3 cm, and tomato puree.

Add the cinnamon, sweet peas, Bay leaf, sugar and salt. Mix well. Simmer for 50-60 minutes on low heat, covered with a lid. While cooking do not stir. Serve hot, sprinkle with herbs.
