Pasta with chicken hearts
This recipe for pasta requires a little more time than usual. But it's worth it. The paste is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    300 g

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

    1 cup

Cooking

The macaroni and boil until tender. Drain in a colander.

Chicken hearts cleaned from the films and fat. Cut into rings.

Wash vegetables and slice.

Pan fry chicken hearts for 1-2 minutes.

Add the onion, garlic and hot pepper (optional, I did not add). Keep on heat for 3 minutes.

Then put the carrots, bell pepper, tomatoes and tomato paste. All mix, pour 1 Cup of water. Season with salt to taste. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Add the pasta to the rest of the products, slightly warm. Serve pasta, sprinkle liberally with grated cheese.
