Casserole-scrambled eggs with pumpkin and feta
Actually, omelettes made to eat for Breakfast. But this casserole my family eats for lunch. It turns out tasty, hearty but not heavy dish. And in this casserole, you can add chicken fillet - then it turns out just a fairy tale.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    8 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    2 piece

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Seasoning

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

It's our ingredients. But this time without the fillet.

Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater. Leeks, green onions and dill cut. If you add a fillet, it is also cut into small cubes.

If the casserole is cooked with meat, in the pan put first. I start with leeks and green onions. Lightly fry them in little oil.

Add the grated pumpkin, stir, simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, add spices, dill, salt. A little bit, don't forget the feta!!! Stir.

Whisk eggs with cream.

To egg mixture add the prepared vegetables and the diced feta. Stir.

In a greased form pour the our mixture. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
