Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Oat flakes

    0.66 cup

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Flour

    0.66 cup

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

Rolled oats, flour and almonds in a blender. Add honey and water. Beat again. Put the dough in the form. Put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Remove the pan, cool.

Whisk yogurt, zest and juice of 1.5 lemons and 100 grams of sugar.

Add to yogurt mixture, 2 eggs and beat well.

On the basis of to put cream and bake in the oven for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.

To make custard: milk mixed with 30 g of sugar, vanilla and heat. Add 30 g of flour and 2 beaten egg yolks. Stirring occasionally, heat. Remove from heat and add the zest and juice 0.5 lemon.
