Cooking
In a separate bowl, mix the couscous, ginger, 1st. spoon of sunflower oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce "Kikkoman".
Pour boiling water over. Stir, cover and leave for 15 minutes.
Eggplant and zucchini cut into thin, long strips. Add salt and leave to sweat.
Strips wash and dry with paper towels. Fry in sunflower oil ( 4st. L.) to brown, until cooked. Spread on a paper napkin.
On a strip of eggplant or zucchini spread a spoonful of couscous. Almost the entire length. Flatten slightly with a spoon.
Half peppers cut into strips.
On top of couscous spread on one slice of pepper of each color.
The finished rolls put in a baking dish.
Add soy sauce "Kikkoman" 1 tbsp. spoon. Put in the oven for 20 min at 180g. We won't bake! Just heat to tastes connected!
My husband liked the hot rolls! And I fell in love with the cold!
