Meat balls with cheese cream sauce

Ingredients

  • Bread crumbs

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Fat

    50 g

  • Beef

    250 g

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Salt

Chicken liver fry both sides in vegetable oil on both sides, about 5 minutes. Cool.
