"Drain the dumplings" is a simple old Russian recipe. They were prepared by my grandmother and great-grandmother. Of cooking options a lot. I want to share with You my recipe.

Ingredients

  • Dough dumplings

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

After cooking dumplings is always a dough. This dough should roll out thinly and break into pieces. You can immediately cook. And you can dry off and get as needed. I usually land spread out thinly cutting it, then they break when cooking.

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes. Separately boil the dumplings and potatoes in salted water, drain the water.

Eggs, salt, beat with a fork.

In a pan with a little oil (any) mixed with boiled potatoes or dumplings, pour eggs, stir. The dish needs all the time of roasting to stir. When serving put a piece of butter or sour cream.
