Cooking
Carrot juice pressed on the gauze,
to drive the eggs, pour in the olive oil,
add water, salt, sugar, knead the dough.
Then I do this: roll a rolling pin a long, thin and narrow strip, minced (as for dumplings) is ready.
Half the strips put the minced meat, so,
a glass then squeeze out circles,
prepare the sauce: cream, Parmesan cheese grated, garlic minced, salt and spices to boil, the sauce is ready, cook ravioli for 5 minutes in salted water
when serving, top with sauce.
