Apricot miracle
Once in the hotel I was treated to this delicacy. I was in awe. The dough for the Amateur, because it's almost sweet. But the apricot taste is simply fantastic!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Apricot

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the eggs, whisk them a little.

Add milk, sugar, soda, slaked vinegar, and vanilla sugar and beat again.

Toss in the flour.

The batter should be liquid.

Form grease with oil and put the apricots.

Pour the batter into the pan. Because our pie is supposed to be low, then it is better to take the form more. Put to bake in a preheated 200 degree oven. Once the pie starts to brown, reduce to 150 degrees. I am 200 held 15 minutes and another 10 minutes on 150 degrees.
