Istanbul cupcake
Well, I sat down recently for cupcakes:) this time the "Istanbul" cupcake from the "school of Gastronome" (No. 24, 2009 ) - little East for a Cup of tea.

Soak raisins in warm water for 15 minutes, then discard in a colander.

Nuts grind into a fine crumb. I use a rolling pin :-D

Softened butter thoroughly mix with sugar. Add to the egg mixture, the sifted flour, baking powder, raisins, nuts, cinnamon. Knead the dough.

Rectangular lay a parchment, put into it the dough. I use disposable molds made of aluminum foil - to cover is not necessary.
