Rye bread

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

In a bowl, mix the yeast, warm water and sugar, cover, leave for 10-15 minutes to blisters.

Then in a deep bowl, mix both kinds of sifted flour, add salt, pour in the oil, then stirring with a mixer with attachments-hooks, a thin stream pour the water with yeast, the dough will be runny, do not knead, knead hooks until you get mixed up homogeneous dough.
